This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase a range of plastic free and natural dog products, toys and accessories.   • All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags in place.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error.
  • We recommend using a tracked postage service and for you to keep a copy of your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Smug Mutts cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  • Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of this via email.
  • Refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method.

Warranties & Responsibilities for Service and Products

We currently do not offer a warranty on our products. However should there be a fault with the product before use, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us as stated in the return policy. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us as stated in the returns policy.


Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of SMUGMUTTS LIMITED. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United Kingdom. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
