Shipping Policy
Orders under £30.00 postage is charged at £2.99, orders over £30.00 postage FREE OF CHARGE within the UK.*Orders within the European Union are charged at a flat rate of £9.50. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holiday periods will be processed on the next business day.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however, if you are not fully satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your purchase so we can work to resolve the problem or provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges).Please contact via email at
Please note;
- All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags in place.
- You will be responsible for the cost of the postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error.
- We recommend using a tracked postage service and for you to keep a copy of your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Smug Mutts cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
- Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of this via email.
- Refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method.
